System & Support Availability

System Availability
Administrative systems, including POISE, DPS, CampusConnect, and CampusAccess, are available daily from approximately 3:00 a.m. to midnight.
Periodically, these resources may be down on planned weekends and holidays for required maintenance. Faculty and staff users will be notified in advance of anticipated down time.
Support Availability
The Office of Administrative Computing is open and accepts support calls Monday-Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. You may e–mail or call one of our team members directly:
