You will want to enroll your child early to ensure a spot in these age-appropriate programs. At your request, SOSU is pleased to work with the First United Methodist Church, the Family Life Center, and other professionals in your area to recreate quality summer children's program. Through hands-on activities, children have the opportunity to improve self-esteem, build on their education experiences, appreciate their own individual differences including cultural backgrounds, expand their knowledge and recognize their talents and interests. Children are expected to maintain a high standard of behavior during all activities. We have no tolerance for unacceptable behavior. More information will be sent regarding these standards. Children who do not adhere closely to the established policies will be sent home without a refund.
SOSU Mini-Kids at College -Bonham: Dinosaurs (Pre-K-1st Grade)
Children ages 4 through 6 will be learning about dinosaurs through dramatic role play, stories, hands-on crafts, games and more.

SOSU Kids at College—Bonham: Exploration (Grades 2nd—6th)
Children will have the opportunity to be young explorers as we Explore the Past: Learning about Ancient Civilizations. Participants will be learning about Egyptians, Greeks, Aztecs and Vikings. In addition to hands-on crafts, getting a taste of another era, children will be holding their own Olympics and learning Aztec games. Each day will bring a new topic with new explorations.
