UCA Cheer/Mascot Camp

University is excited to offer our first annual UCA Cheer/Mascot Camp
available for Middle School and High School students. Participants have
the choice between staying in the dorms as a Residential
participant or Commuter participant. Residential participants will
be staying in the new Shearer Hall Dorms.
Classes will be held in the Bloomer Sullivan Gymnasium and on the Paul Laird Football Field. Camp Dates are: Tuesday, July 15 - Thursday, July 17, 2008. Prices are as follows: Resident Student: $209 Resident Sponsor: $149 Commuter Student: $194 Commuter Sponsor: $64

Registration may be made by: * Contacting your local Varsity Representative * Go online to UCA.Varsity.com. Click on Camps and Clinics and select Oklahoma and Southeastern Oklahoma State University, Durant Oklahoma. * To receive a UCA Cheer/Mascot Camp registration form, you may click here. Fax the UCA registration form or mail it in. The information will be on the registration form. * Call 1-888-Cheeruca so they can help you register for the Southeastern Oklahoma State University Camp. |
The deposit of $50 per person is necessary to confirm your space. The deposit is due no later than two weeks after your tryouts or May 25, whichever comes first. This deposit is NOT REFUNDABLE OR TRANSFERABLE. If deposit is made by school PO and cancellation occurs after the due date, the full deposit amount is still owed. Registration will be accepted after May 25, however, the camp may reach capacity before that date. Cancellations or “noshows” whose space is being held by a school PO are subject to all application cancellation fees. Tuition balance must be paid in full, three weeks prior to camp by credit card, school or cashier's check or school PO. Make checks payable to UCA Summer Camps. No personal or gym checks are accepted. UCA strongly recommends that an adult attend with squads. Registration applications received within three weeks of camp date will require full payment at time of registration. After registration, you (the advisor/coach) will receive an information packet including the invoice and medical release forms. Without a deposit, we cannot guarantee your reservation after your due date, which will be indicated on your invoice. All that remains is for you to send your payment balance to the national office at least 3 weeks before your camp begins. |
