Jeremiah Cunningham

and Karla (Goessling) Cunningham
(English Education, 2003)
now reside in Amarillo, Texas, where
Jeremiah is teaching freshman English at Caprock High School. Their first
child, Jacob Allen Cunningham, was born August 9, 2005. Jeremiah writes
that he has "red hair and his mother's smile."
Stephenie Ochoa (English Writing Emphasis, Spanish minor, 2004) works as a researcher and writer for ODS-Petrodata in Houston. She writes, "I research deepwater offshore oil spars, rigs, and any field news. The real world work is great and I am glad to finally be out in it!" Stephenie will also be taking graduate courses in professional writing at the University of Houston.
Andrea Morris (English Education 2005) will begin teaching at Gunter High School (Texas) this upcoming Fall semester. She will be teaching 9th grade English, pre-AP English, and a speech class.
Andrea writes to us:
"Knowledge is the most precious gift that I can pass on to today’s students. To be teaching literature as well as necessary language skills is a noble pursuit. And, as a beginning teacher, I am eager to tread this path of knowledge and learning."
