bulletTammy Franks joined the Educational Opportunity Center in February 2005. She has extensive experience working in an educational setting, and earned her Bachelors Degree from Southeastern Oklahoma State University.  Tammy is pursuing her Master's degree in School Counseling, and is joining the American Counselor's Association.  She is a member of the Bryan Co. Community Services Council, as well as the Marshall Co. Community Council. Tammy's main office is at SOSU.
