    1. OKC Senate Meeting - Dr. Lucretia Scoufos (president–elect) attended the annual Regents Faculty Senate meeting in OKC last month and will make a presentation to the Senate.
    2. Tuition Lock - Students will be able to lock in their tuition for the full four–year term of their majors (beginning fall, 2008). The cost cannot be more than 15% above the regular tuition and once locked in cannot be raised by the university unless the student either remains past the normal time for their degree completion (unsure what that is at present) or they drop out and later return.
    3. Academic Integrity - We need a volunteer from the senate to participate and represent the senate on the student senate academic integrity committee.
    4. Service Learning - From Dr. Shannon McCraw “Last semester the Council on Civic Engagement articulated learning objectives that offer framework for realizing the university’s civic engagement goals. I would like the Faculty Senate consideration in endorsing the learning objectives.”
    5. President’s Christmas Open House – December 3rd.
    6. President Turner will address the senate at our December 12th meeting.
