Rachelle Riddle
I am a graduate student from Lindsay, Oklahoma. I came to SOSU to run cross-country and I received an excellent scholarship - the Parsons Scholarship. While being on SOSU’s campus I have met lots of people and lots have been very friendly and helpful.

I have my undergraduate degree in Psychology and I am seeking my graduate degree in Counseling.

I was very involved as an undergraduate with cross-country, FCA, Alpha Chai, Cardinal Key. Now that I’m in the Masters Program I am working in the office of Academic Advising and I attend lots of sporting events.

My special interests and hobbies are – running, shopping, sleeping and I have a pet snake.

SOSU has great friendly people and the professors really care about you and will help you if you need it.

 

My campus living experience was good. I lived on campus for 4 years but now have an apartment and I am enjoying the privacy.

My advice to new freshmen – “If you have a question, ask, there are plenty of people ready to lend a helping hand.”
