Student Admission Requirements
You are considered a transfer student
if you...
- have attended college elsewhere
and attempted at least 7 credit hours
(other than as a high school concurrent
student).
Then to be admitted, you must...
- be eligible to return to the last
college or university you attended.
Also, it is helpful if you meet the
following curricular requirements.
If you don't meet these requirements,
you are still admissible but may have
to take
College Placement Tests and/or
remedial courses in the areas that you
are deficient.
- successfully completed a college-level
English or related course, an ACT English
of 19, or an SAT Verbal of 460
- successfully completed a college-level
Math or related course, an ACT Math
of 19, or an SAT Math of 460
- successfully completed a college-level
History, Psychology, Sociology, Government,
or related course, an ACT Reading of
19, or an SAT Verbal of 460
- successfully completed a college-level
Lab Science course or an ACT Science
of 19
