Transfer Student Admission Requirements

You are considered a transfer student if you...

- have attended college elsewhere and attempted at least 7 credit hours (other than as a high school concurrent student).

Then to be admitted, you must...

- be eligible to return to the last college or university you attended.

Also, it is helpful if you meet the following curricular requirements.  If you don't meet these requirements, you are still admissible but may have to take College Placement Tests and/or remedial courses in the areas that you are deficient.

- successfully completed a college-level English or related course, an ACT English of 19, or an SAT Verbal of 460

- successfully completed a college-level Math or related course, an ACT Math of 19, or an SAT Math of 460

- successfully completed a college-level History, Psychology, Sociology, Government, or related course, an ACT Reading of 19, or an SAT Verbal of 460

- successfully completed a college-level Lab Science course or an ACT Science of 19
