Laura graduated from Blackwell
high school in May of 1998. She then
married her high school sweetheart and
had three children. Her and her
husband have been in youth ministry for
nine years, and it this was the reason
that they moved to Calera in April of
2005. It was through this that she
met a fellow Admissions staff member and
applied for the position of Admissions
Clerk at Southeastern.
Laura says
"I feel very blessed to work at such a great
University. Everyone is so
friendly and they go out of their way to
make you feel welcome."
Laura spends her free time with her
husband, Tracy and her three children.
She and her husband still help the kids
in their youth group and she finds it
very rewarding.
Laura still plans to attend
Southeastern in the future and would
like to major in Secondary Education.
