Profile: She is a member of the Sigma Sigma Sigma sorority, the President's Leadership Class, the Blue and Gold Crew and Fellowship of Christian Athletes. Tara says she chose SOSU because, "Coming from a small town, I looked forward to the one on one attention the teachers are able to give their students."

Advice to incoming freshmen:  "Get involved. Being involved keeps me busy and I've made lots of new friends."
