Southeastern Oklahoma State University benefits eligible employees have two choices for their comprehensive health care insurance. These choices are provided by the Oklahoma State and Education Employees Group Insurance Board (OSEEGIB). Each employee may choose between HealthChoice High and HealthChoice Basic Plan. Employee and any dependent coverage becomes effective on the first day of the month following the date of employment. If one dependent is covered, all eligible dependents must be covered, unless other group insurance verification is provided. Southeastern pays the premium for the eligible employee; dependent coverage is optional at the employee’s expense.
