The function of the Computer Technology Committee will be to develop recommendations and review policies and procedures relating to the evaluation, acquisition, and use of computer technology at the university. The committee will meet at least twice a semester to discuss the areas of computer hardware, software, campus network, university computer labs, and distance learning. Software and hardware recommendations will be sent directly to the Vice President for Academic Affairs. General policy issues will be sent to the Faculty Senate. Recommendations relating to use of technology in curriculum will be sent to the Academic Council.
