A request was made by ******, an international student, for admission to Southeastern Oklahoma State University's graduate program. Her GPA, calculated by World Education Services Credential Evaluators, reflected a 2.72 overall average, but requirements for admission to SOSU state that a 2.75 GPA is needed.

A copy of her transcript evaluation was sent to the Graduate Council members, and a vote was taken by email. *******'s request for admission was approved unanimously by the council.
